About

I am a Computer scientist working on DevOps. I describe myself as a “disciple” of process improvement. I work hard and study whatever I can to learn about how all of us can work better together to achieve our goals. Reading books like, The Phoenix Project by Gene Kim, et al., The DevOps Handbook by Gene Kim and John Willis, et al., The Toyota Kata by Mike Rother, Beyond the Goal (an audio series) by Eliyahu Goldratt and many other books helps me to understand what others have done to achieve success and how to apply the concepts in my own work.

My goal is to empower myself and those around me to innovate, collaborate, and grow together to make the world a better place. I want to one day live in a world where we see each other as helpers and friends and not obstacles and enemies. I believe that everyone is inherently good and it’s only because of misunderstandings and miscommunication anything becomes “bad”. I believe that everyone and everything can improve, if and only if, we take the time to reflect and understand what reality is telling us and if we have the courage to accept what we learn and take the actions needed for change.
